Ok toy. The mouthpiece seems to be real silicone. The placement of the strap connections can be irritating if your lips touch it though. The opening is about 1.25″ wide or so. A normal width object will fit in the hole but a larger thing might find it too tight. Should be wide enough for at least 80% of the population though. Fit and adjustment should work fine for a normal sized person though.
