I was curious about these because I’d never used anything like this before so wasn’t sure how I’d use them. When I first got them, I was a little surprised by their size; I thought they’d be smaller. I really love these. These are my second set of kegel balls. The weight of them is perfect. I like the width of them, it makes wearing them outside of the house without worrying about the ball falling out easy. I’ve definitely noticed a difference.
