- Unshipped Orders, support full refund.
- Shipped Orders, within 2 natural days, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Shipped but not signed order, we will refund the balance of after deducting the round-trip freight. Our standard one-way freight is $7.99, that is, we will deduct the freight of $15.98.
- Shipped and signed order, we only accept refunds for packages signed within 90 days and unopened and unused.
We will strictly check your Rose Toys before shipment, so we do not accept refund after receiving the goods, which is not caused by us.
